I have a ps2-usb adapter and long story short, i plugged in a controller and started playing using that
for those who dont know, the setup on a controller is this: the Dpad is set to all arrows (up = up ect.) and he four main buttons are set as arrows also. X = down, (square) = left, (triangle) = up, and O = right
now you hold the controller normally, and use your thumbs to hit the dpad and buttons, usually using each thumb for 2 different arrows
if you have played any of the DDR games for PS or PS2, you know what im talking about.
anyway i find this to be a more fun and challenging way to play, you cant do some of the harder songs because itsbasically like playing 2 finger, but its a nice challenge, and i actually perfer it to keyboard
anyone else play this way or like this way?

I personally like the keyboard. The only time I'd use a controller would be if I started playing IIDX or something

If you want to use a controller for things such as winnipeg is fucking over or Enemy Storm (SC Style) uh.. 15+ footers. Then go nuts if you feel like you can get some worthy scores for competition.
I find it ridiculous to play songs like that on the ps2 controller but eh that's just me. The most skill you'll ever get is out of a keyboard.
